Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 3-7 business days
Express Shipping (Pakistan): 1-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 10,000 within Pakistan.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number to monitor its delivery progress.

Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lit Wears is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
